What we collect

• Your account details: name, email address, password (stored hashed) and whether you are a student or a professional.
• Profile details you choose to add, such as a headline.
• The webinars you create or enroll in, and the class recordings professionals upload.
• Basic technical data needed to keep you signed in, such as session cookies.

How we use it

• To run your account and show you the webinars and recordings you have access to.
• To send account emails, such as confirming your address or resetting your password.
• To keep Then Gear Up secure and to prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not show advertising.

Recordings

Class recordings are kept in private storage. Only the professional who teaches a webinar and the students enrolled in it can watch them, through links that expire after a short time.

Who processes your data

We use trusted providers to run the service: Supabase for accounts, the database and file storage, and our hosting provider to serve the website. They process data only on our behalf.

Your choices

You can update your profile from your dashboard at any time. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email us at hello@thengearup.org.
